Raymond brings out one instance where they assisted Focus Network Agencies, which operates well-known chocolate retail outlets such as The Cocoa Trees and Choc Spot, to implement Microsoft Dynamics LS Retail. The 24 retail outlets of the client along with around 32 POS were made live on the same day. Adding to this, NaviWorld Singapore also implemented the Advanced Warehouse Management module in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, executed with Dynamics NAV Anywhere Mobility, a mobile barcode solution. This project fully integrated retail operations into their supply chain operations. The POS support issue was also reduced by more than 90 percent. Their management currently experiences real time inventory visibility due to the advanced WMS with barcode scanning. Fulfillment lead time of the client improved by 50 percent, while both the order fulfillment and shipment container utilization rate have improved significantly from 70-90 percent. Focus Network Agencies is now able to accomplish the stock take, in half of the time consumed previously with almost 100 percent accuracy and zero stock discrepancy.
